This notice explains how this public WorkNavio website handles demo requests. The authenticated CRM and its third-party voice services have separate data flows explained during onboarding and use.

Information you choose to share

The demo form collects your name, work email, company and a description of your workflow. We use it to evaluate and respond to your request. Do not include customer lists, sensitive records, passwords or API keys.

Where it goes

Requests are stored in a private database on our OVH-hosted server in Singapore, separate from the public website files. Authorized WorkNavio administrators can review them. Form submissions are not sent to an AI model or published, and do not automatically enroll you in a marketing mailing list.

Retention and security

Demo requests are removed from the active request database after 30 days. We use HTTPS for the public site, restricted server access and a server-side form handler. Hosting logs may include your IP address, requested address and request time. A one-way representation of your network address is kept temporarily to limit abusive form submissions; it is removed after approximately 24 hours. Copies of any later email correspondence are held separately in our mailbox.

Cookies and analytics

This public website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. A temporary request reference may be stored in your browser’s session storage to prevent duplicate demo submissions; it contains no form content. The separate CRM login uses authentication storage and cookies.

Your choices

To ask about a request, correct it or request deletion, email support@worknavio.com from the address you used. You can also contact us by email instead of using the form.

Scope and updates

This notice describes the current early-access website. We will update it when collection or delivery arrangements change. Commercial terms and any additional customer data-processing arrangements will be provided before paid onboarding.
